The vulnerability allows hackers to install malicious software on iPhone by sending out specially created email.

ZecOps ensures that exploits are exploited by vulnerabilities in campaigns specifically targeting some users. The U.S. security company says that this bug has been on iOS since the release of iOS 6 that was released in 2012.

 ZecOps adds that iPhones can also be part of the problem. The research firm says the most affected models are iPhone X, iPhone 6, and iPhone 7.
